AHP Application
2012 Round A applications are due May 23, 2012 at 5 p.m. EDT
> AHP Guidelines - Implementation Plan.
The application file must be opened with Microsoft Excel 2007.
There is an application for rental/lease purchase projects and a separate
application for owner-occupied / homeownership projects.
Projects reserving 20% or more of the total units for homeless, aging in place
seniors or special needs populations must submit a 2012 Supportive
Service Plan with the AHP application.
If you would like to use the "Smart Score" in a stand alone version, one can
be found below. The "Smart Score" is a part of the workbook and a score is
determined based on information input into the application and workbook.
