PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST
This part-time position will have primary responsibility to answer and disburse incoming phone calls, greet and direct visitors, and provide general administrative support as needed. You must have the ability to work 20 hours per week part-time with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. This position will be the primary backup for the part-time receptionist/support services clerk.
Requirements:
- Three months' experience with a PBX console or similar phone system.
- Minimum of six months' experience working with Microsoft Office software applications.
- Familiarity with various office equipment such as copiers, facsimiles, etc.
- You must possess good communication/presentation skills, have the ability to remain calm under pressure, and have the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

MANAGER, MODEL VALIDATION AND RISK REPORTING
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis has an exciting job opportunity for an
experienced risk management professional in the Corporate Risk Management (CRM)
department. You will manage model validation for the Bank and coordinate CRM's
month-end reporting. This position will provide support and back up ongoing efforts in
operational risk areas with CRM. You will report to the SVP, Chief Risk Officer.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Manage the model validation function within CRM.
- Review and coordinate the end user computing policy and process.
- Coordinate the monthly CRM report.
- Support operational risk management within CRM, particularly, key risk indicators, annual risk assessments, risk event reporting, etc.
Preferred requirements:
- MBA with a concentration in finance, economics, mathematics, or statistics.
- Three years' experience in risk management or modeling is desirable.
- Knowledge of risk management concepts, modeling, and measurement approaches.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of capital market instruments including mortgages, mortgage backed securities, and derivatives with embedded options. Broad understanding of financial accounting.

SENIOR SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST
We have an excellent job opportunity for a senior level software quality assurance analyst in our IT department. This position will own the software quality assurance process and execution for the Bank. This will include the creation and evolution of software testing processes as well as test environment management processes. The goal of this position is to continuously pursue increasing quality of software products for the Bank at increasing levels of efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Define and implement the software testing processes including:
- Test Planning
- Test case design and development
- Test execution and management
- Test environment management
- Test automation
- Performance testing
- Defect tracking process
- Testing metrics
- User Acceptance Testing coordination/facilitation
- Interact with development team(s) to foster a collaborate environment where clear details of software defects are exposed and managed to resolution.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with bank staff to ensure roles/expectations are clearly understood and completed
- Own the testing tool suite (HP Quality Center/ALM & QTP) and its evolution in order to capitalize of tool capabilities and increase testing team efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BS in business or technology
- Minimum 4 years experience in a software quality assurance role.
- Experience performing software quality assurance in a banking or financial environment.
- Experience with SQL to create and manage test data.
- Experience with test automation is a plus (but not required).
- Experience with some scripting language (VBA, JavaScript, or similar) for test automation is a plus (but not required).

CORRESPONDENT SERVICES & GENERAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER
You will manage the member banking activities of the Accounting Department including the supervision and management of the Correspondent Services Accountant and Document Retention and Correspondent Services Administrator. You will be responsible for managing the accounts payable processing and fixed assets accounting via supervision of the Accounts Payable Administrator; manage the general ledger system and related general ledger processes; and provide guidance in maintaining appropriate financial and internal controls to ensure reliability of accounting records and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, FHFA directives, Bank policy and Sarbanes-Oxley.
Applicants must possess a BS degree in accounting and a minimum of 10 years' with traditional banking (i.e., loans and deposits) experience and have the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve accounting problems through automated or manual procedures. You should have a minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft computer applications. CPA preferred.

VMware ADMINISTRATOR
The primary responsibility is to design, build, and implement network systems across the enterprise. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all local and wide area network connections, corporate servers, security gateways, associated software, and communication links. You will troubleshoot network performance issues as well as analyze network traffic and provide capacity planning solutions. Current working knowledge of Red Hat Linux and VMware ESX server required. RELEASE CONTROL MANAGER
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI) has an excellent job opportunity for
an experienced IT professional working in configuration management or software release control. Primary responsibility is to provide expert management and coordination of all IT release activities from within the Infrastructure and Operations division. You will lead the release management function by instituting industry best practices for release, configuration and implementation management.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage all software releases from FHLBI Development organization and other designees, including controlling the schedule of planned releases to pre-production and production environments.
- Liaise with all stakeholders (QA, Application Development, Infrastructure, Operations and Project Managers) to manage issues, requests and conflicts.
- Perform and test the installation documentation and configuration in all QA environments. Coordinates with Infrastructure and Operations to resource the installation of software into the pre-production and production environments.

- Perform configuration and deployment audits; track, monitor, resolve any discrepancies.
- Act as primary liaison between all functional groups for configuration and release management.
Preferred requirements:
- BS degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or business administration preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years experience working in information technology. Minimum of 5 years experience in a Software Release Control or Configuration Management in information technology. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Direct experience with standards, practices and procedures related to Software Quality Assurance and Release Control Processes. Direct experience with developing and institutionalizing release control best practices, as well as configuration and deployment standards.
- Detailed knowledge of application configuration, Windows and Linux server operating system configuration and hardening, and general systems administration.
- Preferred certification or working knowledge ITIL Framework.

MORTGAGE PURCHASE PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Data Warehouse & Information Architecture Manager
