HomeBoost Minority Down Payment Assistance Program

The HomeBoost Minority Down Payment Assistance Program provides up to $15,000 in down payment assistance grant funding to those who:

• are first-time homebuyers;
• identify as Black or African American, Asian, Hispanic, Indian American or Alaska Native, and/or Native Hawaiin or Other Pacific Islander;
• have a household income at or below 120% of the local Area Median Income; and
• intend to purchase a primary residence in Indiana or Michigan.

The virtual workshops have been designed to deliver essential information about our programs in an effective and streamlined manner.

Across separate Zoom webinars, our staff will cover our Affordable Housing Program, our Homeownership Initiatives, and Community and Economic Development opportunities.

Our in-person workshops will be an opportunity to learn while networking with other users of our programs. Attendees will hear from a panel of member financial institutions, development teams and non-profits on how they’ve worked together to access our grant programs.
