Homeownership Initiative Forms (HOP, NIP, NSA & RAP)

All forms for HOP and NIP are in Microsoft Word 2000, Microsoft Excel, or PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format. Click the link to open the file. Print, tab through the blank fields to enter information and then print, or save the file to your local PC drive. Additional tools are available to help administer our programs.


Participation

To participate in any Homeownership Initiatives Program (HOP, NIP, DRP, NSA, and RAP), member financial institutions of the FHLBI must submit a registration form and agreement. Upon approval and completion of mandatory training by at least the primary or secondary contact, a starter kit will be sent with information needed to begin requesting disbursements.

Retention agreement

This legal document must be signed by the homeowner and recorded on the property. The retention period is five years and may be subject to repayment if home is sold or refinanced in that period.
