Reaffirming Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

The death of Mr. George Floyd, brought into sharp focus in this time of pandemic and economic hardship, represents an inflection point in our collective national discussion on race. Both together and apart, we’ve had time to share, debate, learn, and talk about race in ways that we rarely do in America.

The fact remains: every day, Black and other diverse communities face injustices and inequities, both subtle and overt, that many cannot comprehend. This denial of fundamental human and civil rights, dignity, and respect must end.

Our organization has been and always will be committed to diversity and inclusion at all levels. We work every day to create an environment that fosters dignity and respect among our employees and all the communities we serve.

We condemn the acts of hatred, racism, discrimination, and violence that seek to divide our country. Racism and hate have no place at FHLBank Indianapolis, and we embrace our responsibility to be part of the solution.
