We'd like to begin preparing you for our upcoming events this year, starting with our Regional Member Meetings. From May 29 to Aug. 15, we'll be coming to a location near you, allowing you the option to pick whichever dates work best for your schedule. Each event will look different with options varying from golf outings, ball games, and receptions with hors d'oeuvres, drinks and more.
We're kicking off August at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, Mich., where members are invited to join us for a reception the night of Aug. 5.
Tuesday, Aug. 6, we'll kick the day off with our speaker, Anirban Basu of Sage Policy Group, who will provide an economic overview, followed by our sessions on Community Investment Programs and Liquidity Management covering Advances and Mortgage Purchase Programs.
For those interested, on Aug. 7 we are providing you the option to drive over to nearby Lansing, Mich., for a round of golf at Eagle Eye Golf Course.
