Shaun Clifford oversees the bank’s legal department and compliance program. She also serves the bank as Ethics Officer. She is responsible for providing legal guidance to all areas across the bank and works with the corporate secretary on board governance matters. Clifford brings extensive experience from the insurance industry where she served as in-house counsel and as a regulator. Prior to joining the bank, she was a partner on the Insurance Team at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, an international law firm, where she served the firm as a member of the Management Committee and as Chair of the Women’s Forum for Achievement. Clifford holds degrees from both the University of Dayton and the Indiana University – McKinney School of Law.
