Glenn Wilson is the president and CEO of Communities First, Inc., where he has served in that role since 2010. Communities First, Inc., is a statewide nonprofit community development corporation headquartered in Flint, Mich., with offices in Flint and Detroit. Wilson previously served as a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank’s Affordable Housing Advisory Council from 2017 to 2023, where he consulted on the Bank’s low- and moderate-income housing programs and affordable housing needs in Indiana and Michigan. Wilson holds a business administration degree from Northwood University and a master of science in administration degree from Central Michigan University. Wilson joined the Board of Directors as an Independent Director in 2024.
