FHLBank Indianapolis participates in many activities that give back to the community by matching employee donations and/or supporting various non-profit organizations, such as United Way, Gleaners, and Center for Leadership Development (CLD).
In addition, employees are encouraged to participate in community service projects, such as Habitat for Humanity, The Greening of Detroit, St. Mary’s Child Center, and Junior Achievement, among others.
As an incentive to engage in the community, our organization gives every employee eight hours of company-paid volunteer time every year to use at will.
