    2017 HOP/NIP/AMP Required Training (Webinar)

    FHLBI’s Homeownership Initiatives Programs offer grants for:

    • Down payment and closing cost assistance through the Homeownership Opportunities Program (HOP)
    • Home rehabilitation via the Neighborhood Impact Program (NIP), and
    • Home modifications for disabled or senior households through the Accessibility Modification Program (AMP).

    Members who choose to participate in the 2017 Homeownership Initiatives Programs must complete this webinar training before they can submit disbursement requests. It is only necessary to attend one of the scheduled webinars.

    FHLBI recommends that all employees of our member financial institutions who will be involved attend ​a webinar. Other ​groups such as community organizations, housing agencies, or other partners are encouraged to participate in order to remain informed of the program details.
