Board of Directors

FHLBI is governed by a Board of Directors currently comprised of 17 member directors and independent directors from Indiana and Michigan. The Board is responsible for FHLBI’s overall management and oversight pursuant to the Federal Home Loan Bank Act.

    Dan L. Moore

    Chair - Member Director

    Dan Moore is the CEO of Home Bank in Martinsville, Indiana. Dan joined Home Bank in 1978 and has since served in a variety of roles at the bank, including executive vice president, chief operating officer, and President. He holds an appointed position on the Mutual Institution Advisory Board of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and sits on the boards of Hoosier Voices for I-69 and Stability First. Dan is a graduate of Indiana State University and holds an MS in management from Indiana Wesleyan University. He joined the Board of FHLBank Indianapolis in 2011 and was elected chair in 2019.

    James L. Logue III

    Vice Chair - Independent Director

    Jim Logue is Senior Vice President and Chief Public Policy Officer of Cinnaire Corp., a full-service community development financial partner in Lansing, Michigan. Prior to that, he served as executive director of the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. Jim served as deputy assistant secretary for multifamily housing programs at HUD from 1988-1989. He serves on the board of the National Housing Trust, and is a past board member of the Corporation for Supportive Housing, and Sparrow Home Health Care.

    Brian Boike

    Member Director

    Brian Boike is Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Flagstar Bank. In this role, he is responsible for all treasury activities, including management of the bank's balance sheet, investment portfolio, capital, funding, and liquidity. Prior to Flagstar, he served as director of capital planning and stress testing for FirstMerit Bank and held leadership positions with Citizens Republic Bancorp, including treasurer and asset-liability manager.

    Jonathan P. Bradford

    Independent Director

    Jonathan Bradford served previously as President and CEO of Inner City Christian Federation in Grand Rapids, Michigan for 34 years. He serves on the boards of the Michigan Non-Profit Housing Corp. and Genesis Non-Profit Housing Corp. in Grand Rapids. Jonathan received a bachelor's degree from Calvin College and holds a master's degree in social work from the University of Michigan with a concentration in housing and community development policy and planning.

    Ronald Brown

    Member Director

    Ron Brown serves on the Board of Directors, and as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of United Fidelity Bank and its parent company Pedcor Financial in Carmel, Indiana. He served as an in-house attorney with Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly and Company, and as an associate for Krieg DeVault. Ron received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California in 1987, and a J.D. from Indiana University in 1994. He is a member of the National Football League Retired Players’ Association.
