Board of Directors

FHLBank Indianapolis is governed by a Board of Directors comprised member directors and independent directors from Indiana and Michigan. The Board is responsible for the Bank's overall management and oversight pursuant to the Federal Home Loan Bank Act.

    Dan L. Moore

    Chair - Member Director

    Dan Moore is the Chair of Home Bank in Martinsville, Indiana and has served in this position since 2021. Dan joined Home Bank in 1978 and has since served in a variety of roles at the bank, including executive vice president, chief operating officer, and President. Dan currently sits on the board of Hoosier Voices for 1-69, a public advocacy coalition, serves as the Chair of Council of Federal Home Loan Banks, the trade association for the FHLB System, and was appointed to a position on the Mutual Institution Advisory Board of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Dan is a graduate of Indiana State University and holds an MS in management from Indiana Wesleyan University. He joined the Board of FHLBank Indianapolis in 2011 and was elected chair in 2019.

    Karen F. Gregerson

    Vice Chair - Member Director

    Karen Gregerson is President and CEO of The Farmers Bank in Frankfort, Indiana, previously serving as Senior Vice President and CFO of STAR Financial Bank in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Karen earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ball State University and a master's degree from Indiana Tech. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner.

    Brian D.J. Boike

    Member Director

    Brian Boike is Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Flagstar Bank. In this role, he is responsible for all treasury activities, including management of the bank's balance sheet, investment portfolio, capital, funding, and liquidity. Prior to Flagstar, he served as director of capital planning and stress testing for FirstMerit Bank and held leadership positions with Citizens Republic Bancorp, including treasurer and asset-liability manager.

    Michael E. Bosway

    Independent Director

    Michael Bosway retired from the Stifel Nicolaus & Company in Indianapolis, Indiana, in January 2022, where he served as Managing Director of Investments for the Central Great Lakes Division. He previously served as President and CEO of City Securities Corporation prior to its merger with Stifel Nicolaus & Company. Mike holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Dayton and an MBA from The Ohio State University.

    Clifford Clarke is the Board Vice-Chair for Three Rivers Federal Credit Union and is President of C2 IT Advisors, LLC, a strategic information technology advisory firm. He is on the Fort Wayne Black Chamber of Commerce, after previously serving as its board president and serves as a Director for Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Clifford holds a bachelor's degree and an MBA from Indiana Tech. Clifford is an active member of several professional and service communities.
