FHLBank Indianapolis announces $34.1 million in Affordable Housing Program grants in 2025

FHLBank Indianapolis is proud to announce more than $34.1 million in Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grants to 43 affordable housing developments, nearing last year's record funding of $34.6 million.

These grants of up to $1 million each support the acquisition, construction and rehabilitation of properties that provide affordable housing — critically needed in our district and across the country. Collectively, the projects awarded this year will create or rehabilitate 1,578 units of affordable housing.
