FHLBank Indianapolis 2022 Board of Directors Election Now Open

Voting for the 2022 FHLBank Indianapolis Director Election opened Sept. 19, 2022, and will close Oct. 19, 2022, at 5 p.m. EDT.

This year, FHLBank Indianapolis has one Indiana member directorship and one Michigan member directorship open for election. All Indiana and Michigan members of record as of Dec. 31, 2021 (“Eligible Members”) are eligible to vote for the Indiana or Michigan member director candidates in their respective states.

2022 Indiana Member Director Election

Eligible Members in Indiana will have the opportunity to elect one member director. These member directors are officers or directors of members in Indiana. There are two candidates for one Indiana member director position:

Jamie Shinabarger, President/CEO, Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company, Jasper, Ind.

Ryan Warner, Chairman of the Board, The Bippus State Bank, Huntington, Ind.

2022 Michigan Member Director Election

Eligible Members in Michigan will have the opportunity to elect one member director. These member directors are officers or directors of members in Michigan. There are three candidates for one Michigan member director position:

Robert Fisher, President, Lake-Osceola State Bank, Baldwin, Mich.

Kenneth Kelly, Chairman and CEO, First Independence Bank, Detroit, Mich.

Tom Kuslikis, Vice President – Accounting and Finance, University of Michigan Credit Union, Ann Arbor, Mich.
