Office of Finance publishes annual CFR for 2025

The Office of Finance has published the 2025 Annual Combined Financial Report (CFR) of the Federal Home Loan Banks (FHLBanks). This report has been prepared from the unaudited financial information of the FHLBanks. Each FHLBank — including FHLBank Indianapolis — has filed its Q4 2025 Form 10-Q with the SEC.

A copy of the annual CFR can be obtained on the Office of Finance website. Current financial reports and other SEC filings for individual FHLBanks can be obtained by searching the SEC’s EDGAR database.

The FHLBanks have delivered innovation and service to the U.S. housing market since 1932, and currently have about 6,500 members serving all 50 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories.
