- Morgan Williams, General Counsel, National Fair Housing Alliance on SPCP trends as well as national and local resources for our members.
- Patrick Ervin, Executive Vice President, Independent Bank on their SPCP My Home Reward Program and how they’re using external SPCPs to advance their goals.
- Mark Gould, Vice President, Community Development Manager, and Ryan Bell, Vice President, Small Business Market Manager, 1st Source Bank on their SPCP Minority Business Builder Loan Program.
Lastly, FHLBank Indianapolis will introduce a new program called HomeBoost: Minority Down Payment Assistance Program, which launches this fall! HomeBoost is a pilot down payment assistance program for minority households with income at or below 120% AMI. A SPCP Plan has been developed for this program.
