FHLBank Indianapolis announces record Affordable Housing Program grants for Indiana and Michigan

FHLBank Indianapolis is proud to announce more than $34.6 million in Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grants to 42 projects across Michigan and Indiana for 2024 — a record amount of funding for our AHP program. 

These grants of up to $1 million per project support the acquisition, construction or rehabilitation of properties that support affordable housing initiatives across our district. Projects awarded this year will provide more than 1,600 additional units of affordable housing in Indiana and Michigan.
