FHLBANK INDIANAPOLIS 2023 INVITATION FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS CANDIDATES

Nominations for the 2023 FHLBank Indianapolis Director Election will open on June 16, 2023. Open positions include two Member Directors from Michigan and two Independent Directors, who may be from Indiana or Michigan. Nominations will close at 5 p.m. (EDT) July 17, 2023.

Nominations for Michigan Member Director candidates

Members in Michigan (as of Dec. 31, 2022) will have the opportunity to nominate Member Director candidates to fill two seats for terms beginning Jan. 1, 2024. Nominees must be directors or officers of members in Michigan.

Reminder: Nominations for Member Directors must be made or authorized by the member’s Board of Directors. A form resolution to authorize nominations is available on our website here. Proof of authorization for all nominations must be delivered either to the Corporate Secretary via email at: election@fhlbi.com or by mail to: Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, attn: Corporate Secretary, 8250 Woodfield Crossing Blvd, Indianapolis, IN 46240.

On June 16, 2023, all members will receive an electronic communication providing additional information about the 2023 election, and indicating how nominations may be made (for Michigan Member Director candidates only).

Nomination for Independent Director candidates

Individuals who wish to be considered for the slate of Independent Director nominees must submit a completed Federal Home Loan Bank Application Form no later than 5 p.m. (EDT) on July 17, 2023. Two Independent Director seats are to be filled in the 2023 election.
