Achievements in Affordable Housing

FHLBank Indianapolis has been a critical partner in housing since the advent of our Affordable Housing Program. In the past 20 years alone, we've helped fund the creation, rehabilitation or renovation of more than 500 affordable housing projects, creating or maintaining more than 17,000 affordable units for low- to moderate-income households across our district and beyond.

These projects range from large, mixed-use urban developments in newly revitalized neighborhoods to senior living in rural communities and everywhere in between. Check out some of our recent success stories below.
