Nicki is an enrolled member of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. Since 2005, she has worked for the Grand Traverse Band in various positions as Lender Liaison, CDFI Start Up Grant Director, and Tribal Business Resource Center Director. For the past 13 years, she has served as the Housing Director and Development Manager. Nicki received her bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University. She is a certified Professional Indian Housing Manager and a Governor-appointed member of the Michigan Statewide Housing Partnership.
