Brendan McGrath is Chief Risk Officer for FHLBank Indianapolis. Previously, he was Chief Analytics Officer, overseeing the analytics team, which centralizes the bank’s subject matter expertise in credit, market risk, and model development to provide quantitative model support for the bank’s front line. McGrath joined the bank in 2000 and has experience in trading, fixed-income portfolio management, mortgage analytics, risk management, and quantitative analytics and financial modeling. Prior to his role as Chief Analytics Officer, McGrath was the Director of Credit Risk Analysis, where he oversaw all Enterprise Risk Management risk analysis and quantitative analytics for credit risk exposure. McGrath holds an undergraduate degree in finance and a graduate degree in accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Certified Public Accountant designation.
