Jon Griffin is responsible for all business development functions to support the bank's member products and services. He also oversees the member lending desk, strategic planning, member research and analytics, membership recruitment and applications, and member capital stock. Griffin joined FHLBank Indianapolis in 1996 as a Senior Credit Operations Analyst, serving later as the Advances Manager, then an Account Manager before being named Credit Services Director in 2007, where he oversaw all credit underwriting and collateral functions. Prior to joining the bank, he worked in corporate finance with Conseco. Griffin holds an undergraduate degree from Butler University and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He is a CFA® charterholder and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.
