Charlotte C. Henry served as chief information technology officer for UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust in Detroit from 2014-2022. She earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, a master’s degree in computer engineering, and a master’s degree in business administration and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan. Henry joined the Board of Directors as an Independent Director in 2017.
