Robert M. Fisher is vice chair of the board of Lake-Osceola State Bank in Baldiwn, Mich., where he previously served as its president and CEO. Fisher earned a bachelor’s degree in business leadership from Baker College in Michigan. Fisher joined the Board as a Michigan Member Director in 2019 and was elected as Vice Chair beginning in 2023.
