Perry G. Hines is president and CEO of Wheeler Mission in Indianapolis, and he previously served as chief development officer. He earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and government from Western Kentucky University, and a master’s degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business. Hines joined the Board of Directors as an Independent Director in 2022.
