Michael J. Manica is the Vice Chair and a director of United Bank Financial Corporation, a bank holding company, and Vice Chair and a director of its banking subsidiary, United Bank of Michigan. Before his appointments as Vice Chair, Mike served as a director and President and CEO of those entities beginning in 2014. Mike has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
