Michael J. Manica is vice chair and a director of United Bank Financial Corp., the bank holding company of United Bank of Michigan, in Grand Rapids, Mich. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Michigan, and he completed the Graduate School of Banking program at the University of Wisconsin. Manica joined the Board of Directors as a Michigan Member Director in 2016.
