Todd E. Sears is Vice President of Development at Cohen Esrey, and previously served as the CIO and CFO of Valeo Financial Advisors. He previously served on the FHLBank Indianapolis Affordable Housing Advisory Council from 2012-2018. Sears earned a bachelor of science degree in finance and a master of arts degree in economics from Indiana University. Sears joined the Board as an Independent Director in 2021.
