Ryan M. Warner is chair of the board for Bippus State Bank in Huntington, Ind., where he previously served as president and CEO. Warner previously served on the FHLBank Indianapolis Board of Directors from 2017-2020. Warner earned an associate degree in accounting from International Business College, and a Certificate of Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Graduate School of Banking. Warner joined the Board as an Indiana Member Director in 2023.
