Greg Teare is responsible for capital markets, treasury, balance sheet forecasting, and the bank's portfolio investments and hedging strategies. Additionally, he oversees the funding and asset/liability management functions. Teare joined FHLBank Indianapolis in 2008 as Chief Banking Officer, overseeing the Advantage Mortgage Purchase Program and affordable housing and community investment programs. Teare's previous positions include Risk Management Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Seattle and Vice President and Director with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle. He earned his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Akron.
