Kania Lottie is responsible for the bank’s human resources and diversity and inclusion functions. She oversees the bank’s hiring, salary and benefits, and employee relations. Lottie previously served as the Director of Human Resources as well as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. She was named Human Resources Professional of the Year by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce in 2019. Lottie holds an undergraduate degree from Ball State University, and an MBA and JD from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
