Clifford M. Clarke serves as board vice chair of Three Rivers Federal Credit Union in Fort Wayne, Ind. Clarke is the founder, principal consultant and president of C2 IT Advisors LLC, a strategic information technology consulting firm. Clarke earned a bachelor’s degree in data science and a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana Institute of Technology. Clarke joined the Board of Directors as an Indiana Member Director in 2021.
